Ingredients You’ll Need
For the Skewers:
- 1 lb beef tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Bamboo or metal skewers (soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling)
For the Chimichurri Sauce:
- 1 cup fresh parsley leaves, packed
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, packed
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Dash of red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
