Lunch Lady Brownies

Instructions:
1. Prepare Oven and Pan:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with foil or parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Make the Brownie Batter:

butter and 1/4 cup

cocoa powder, stirring until smooth.

Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing well.

3. Bake:

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the center is just set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).

4. Make the Frosting:

In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter and cocoa powder.

Add the vanilla and milk, then gradually mix in the icing sugar.

5. Frost and Serve:
