I’ve made this recipe four times already and I never get tired of it.

Ingredients :

2 packets of petit-beurre or ladyfingers type biscuits

1 liter of milk

2 sachets of vanilla sugar

100 g of sugar

4 tablespoons of cornstarch

2 egg yolks

200 g of dark or milk chocolate

20 cl of liquid cream
