I’m the definition of a laid-back chef, yet this meal’s been in our rotation forever and it’s still a winner!
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons ginger, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 carrot, julienned
8 oz chow mein noodles
2 green onions, chopped for garnish
1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
