Baked Cajun Shrimp Recipe

Preheat your oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s ready for baking.

Prepare the shrimp

Peel and devein the shrimp.

In a large bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Mix thoroughly to coat all shrimp evenly.

Wrap in foil

Place the seasoned shrimp in the center of a large sheet of tin foil.

Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fold the foil into a tight packet to seal in flavor.

Bake

Place the foil packet on a baking tray.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.

Rest and serve

Let the packet rest for a minute before opening.

Garnish with chopped parsley.
